This presentation will begin with an explanation of how blockchain technology works, along with its two key components and five criteria for industry disruption. We will then explore applications of the technology, including digital assets such as cryptocurrencies and NFTs (non-fungible tokens), as well as industry use cases. 

Evan Karnoupakis has authored four publications with O'Reilly Media: "What is Blockchain?" (2019), "State of Blockchain" (2019), "Blockchain Success Stories: Case Studies from the Leading Edge of Business" (2021), and "NFTs, the Metaverse, and Everything Web 3.0: The 2023 Guide to the Blockchain and Digital Asset Industry" (2023), as well as "The Ohio Legislator's Toolkit for Blockchain Technology"

This is a great meeting and very entertaining when the Hudson High School Vocal Impact Show Choir comes to Hudson Meadows to share their well choreographed singing and dancing.  It is one of our highest attendance meetings of the year.  We'll be joined by residents of Hudson Meadows and many parents of the choir.  Jacob Moore is the Direcotr of Choirs at Hudson High School and also serves and the music direcotr for the musicals and teaches other music classes ncluding AP Myusic Theory and Concert Band. 

We'll meet in the Dining Room at Hudson Meadows.

Bob DiBiasio has been affiliated with Cleveland Baseball since 1979 and he will return once again to give us the inside scoop on the team and player status and get us ready for spring training in a few short months.  Bob is a graduate of Ohio Weslyan University and serves as the Sr VP of Marketing for the Cleveland Guardians.  Bob received the Mel Harder Distinguished Service Award for Community Involvement in 1997 and was inducted into the Lakewood High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Famein 1999. He was the 1999 recipient of the prestigious Robert O Fishel Award for Public Relations Excellence in Major League Baseball and received the ALS Cleveland Chapter Lou Gehrig "Iron Horse" award for ommunity Service in 2009.
