Life Since Rotary Youth Exchange (1995)
Thiago Xavier Dias was a Rotary Youth Exchange student hosted by The Rotary Club of Hudson in 1995 (26 years ago). Thiago is Brazilian and he lives in Joinville (Santa Catarina State). He has a graduate degree in Journalism and works at the Court House of Joinville with judges and staff.
In his presentation, Thiago intends to show how his life during the exchange program shaped his future and what changed after this great experience living one year in Hudson and Stow. In 1995, he lived with three families and he studied at Hudson High School (Junior and Senior).
Thiago is married since 2004 to Ana Karina and he has two daughters (Mariana-15y and Letícia-7y).
He is very happy to see again all the fellows of Hudson Rotary Club.
Today, Thiago belongs to the Rotary Club of Joinville - Pirabeiraba (president of this club in 2018-2019) and in 2021-2022 he is Assistant Governor of District 4652 (half of Santa Catarina State).
