Amy Andrews is the immediate past president of the Hudson Preschool Parents. She is an advisor to the current board and has spearheaded their efforts to complete the Permanent Safety Town Installation at McDowell Elementary School. Ms Andrews is a former kindergarten teacher and children’s librarian that most often worked with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Past Meeting
Brian Craven, Scoutmaster of Troop 321 and 6 Scouts gave us an overview of what's going on at the Cabin! There are 20 scouts involved in the program and they have been busy. Five Scouts attended the National Jamboree in West Virginia last summer. It was two weeks on constant activity with others representing all parts of the US and internationally too. They are making good use of the new Cabin with a Halloween overnight experience. Recently they took the highest award at the Crooked River Klondike with their Pac-Man themed sled. It was all due to their strategic sledding skills. There is one Eagle with another in the making by fall the pipeline is looking good with 5 Life Scouts the wings. This Troop has seen consistent growth over the past five years. The Cabin is now ready for another 90 years of supporting Scouting. Thank you, Andy Morse, for being our connection to Troop 321.
