This Wednesday, December 13th, we will be celebrating our 2023-2024 year of Creating Hope in the World.  This will be the last club meeting of 2023.

Bob DiBiasio has been affiliated with Cleveland Baseball for more than 44 years and he will return once again to give us the inside scoop on the team and player status and get us ready for spring training in a few short months.  Bob is a graduate of Ohio Weslyan University.  This has been a highly anticipated program and always is well attended.  Invite your significant other and a few neighbors and friends to join. us.  Wear your Guardians Gear and let's fill the house!

We've got a lot going on:

We will be collecting for The Treehouse in Bedford, OH.
The Treehouse was established in 2017 by pediatric
healthcare providers, working alongside licensed pediatric
occupational, physical and speech therapists to build a
healthy community and overcome health disparities by
providing affordable le play opportunities.  They offer a
warm and welcoming space for building strong, healthy
bodies and minds through play, regardless of family income
and ability level.  They need the following items:
Toilet tissue, Paper towels, Chlorox wipes, Tissues,
Hand sanitizer, Printer paper, Business envelopes,
Scotch tape.  Bring any items for donation to either of
then next two meetings and President Terri will get it to
the right place.  Cash donations will allow President
Terri to shop for what is needed!

Gina VonVille and Jamie Kosmin are asking for our help.  The Service Learning English team is ready to start recruiting volunteers for their Random Act of Kindness (RAK) presentations which will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 16th and 17th, 2024.  Here is the link to an electronic sign-up sheet:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/

Thank you to Rich Warfield for his leadership in running the campaign and to everyone for their active participation.  The flowers were especially lovely and festive this year!  Every bit of donation helps us meet our goal toward funding high school scholarships!  Please get your payments in now so we can reconcile our books.
