Welcome to this week's edition of the Rotary Reminder. This week kicks off our May Speaker Series - Mental Health & Disabilities Education! Leah Ochsenhirt with United Disability Services is our Guest Speaker and she will be sharing a presentation about the positive impact of Special Olympics.
To kick off our Club Meeting, we will welcome a special Guest, Sioni from Orkeeswa, Tanzania. We will learn about the amazing partnership between Hudson City Schools, The City of Hudson, Ieftz and Orkeeswa School. Later this month a group of 10 Teachers, Guidance Counselors and Students are traveling to Orkeeswa to continue their work. I look forward to meeting Sioni and hearing her story.
