Stir introduces Youngstirs

Charlie Denk grew up in Cleveland and started Stir Kitchen when he was 24 years old, after a brief career as an engineer.  This was a big change for him!  At Stir, Charlie is turning the idea of cooking classes upside down.  They are building stunning studios, filling them with dynamic instructors, cooking interesting food, and delivering a compelling guest experience.  They currently have three studios in the area; Ohio City, Chagrin Falls, and Hudson.  Charlie started this business simply because he loved doing cooking classes but, thought it was such an under-served market and under- appreciated activity.  So, they are just trying to make 'em better!  Charlie now lives in Chagrin Falls with his wife who is also a chef.  They are expecting their first child soon.  Charlie is a graduate of Cleveland St Ignatius and Penn State University.  He is an active volunteer in his home community.
