Hudson High School Service Learning Class

Since it's inception, the HHS Service Learning Program has had a wonderful collaborative relationship with The Rotary Club of Hudson.  Starting with the vision of Lani Banner and Gail Royster, the class now is a highly competitive and award winning program that had expanded to four teachers and four classrooms.  Combining Social Studies, English and service to the community, this is a wonderful launching pad for helping our students grow in maturity and understanding.  Monthly, students from the class address the Rotary Club and help us with service projects large and small.  Rotarians are also invited into the classroom to help,  It's a win-win all the way around!
