The Rotary Club of Hudson staged its 33rd annual Gala Auction last Friday evening at the Hilton Garden Inn attended by a record 275 local citizens who generated more than $75,000 in gross revenue. This year's beneficiaries of the funds raised include: The Gift of Life, Hattie Larlham Foundation, Hudson Community First, Hudson High School college scholarships and Service Learning Class and Boy Scout Troop 321.

Gala co-chairs Ron Strobl and Gail Royster were very pleased by the generosity of all attending and agreed that guests seemed to greatly enjoy the social aspects of the silent auction reception, sumptuous steak dinner and the exciting live auction bidding for major gifts.

Rotary President, David Basil, thanked all for the tremendous support of this important Rotary fund raiser and observed that it was a wonderful evening of camaraderie for charitable causes. He expressed appreciation to Rotary members who share the mission of Service Above Self.
